Remembering SS Alice

An amazing evening at art in the docks to commemorate the anniversary of the SS Alice disaster on the River Thames.

The story of the ship was told by Dr Hannah Stockton of National Maritime Museum (Royal Museum of Greenwich). A commemorative artwork made by Vincenzo Muratore and Christopher Mike was unveiled by Mayor of Newham, Rokhsana Fiaz This was followed by a recital of J.S. Bach performed by world famous violinist Shlomy Dobrinsky.
