Sea levels around the globe are rising, and London is in a particularly vulnerable position. Currently, the Thames Barrier and other elements in the Thames Estuary help to mitigate the impact, but could there be another way? Come to Art in the Docks and we'll have some fun thinking, drawing, and making our creative solutions to the problem, using the Royal Docks as one large basin of possibility!

The workshop will be run by Anna Gibb, architect, and fervent maker of drawings. Anna uses the act of drawing as a tool to help her to dissect the built environment, and the common threads found through the past, present and future of architecture. Come and see some of Anna's ideas and then be inspired to make and build your own!

There will be water.. you might want to bring your wellies!

The event will be hosted by Art in the Docks, a 5 minute walk from Gallions Reach DLR station. There is no parking available on site.
