During the residency, Yuliya V Krylova will invite artists and visitors to join her in the creation of Artistic Rituals with the purpose of art-making. Art rituals will transform the energy of all participants in a fun, exciting and meaningful way.

Every day, Art Rituals will happen in the forms of dance, music playing, painting, singing, poetry and anything in between.

Program of the residency:

April 25th The Ritual of New Beginnings. Yuliya will start her first day with creation of a map (the tree of life) for all the days of her residency. All the visitors can join in the painting of the tree of life with wishes, plans and dreams they would like to manifest. Open for visitors from 12:30 -6pm

April 26th The Ritual of Solitude. Yuliya will create in the space in complete isolation through mediums of dance and painting.

April 27th Poetic Rituals. Yuliya and Neda (Neda Dana-Haeri) will explore cretive expression through Sufi poetry, painting and dance. Open for visitors from 3pm-6pm.

April 28th The Ritual of letting go. Yuliya and Gigi (Gianinna Delpino) will dance to poetry and Butoh-fu script they created together. It will be the day of research and development for a potential project they plan to develop in the near future.

April 29th Art Rituals with Alyonka. Yuliya and Alyonka (Lemana) will invite visitors to paint collectively on one large canvas. The theme of the painting is “Rebirth“. We will also explore themes of cycles and letting go.

April 30th Infinte Love Rituals. Yu and a very large group of wonderful Co-Creators will be filling the space with magical music, dancing, painting, poetry and storytelling. This event is ticketed: https://bit.ly/ArtRituals

May 1st The Ritual of Renewal . Yuliya and Izabella Finch will meet for the first time to collaborate creatively. Against the backdrop of everything created during the week, they will talk through movement and sound. Open from 2-20:00pm
